Henrik Hjortsholm

Henrik Hjortsholm focuses on advising Danish and international clients on real estate and construction law, including transactions involving properties and real estate companies, residential and commercial lease law, conversion of commercial properties into residential properties, property development and construction as well as international contracts, including in particular FIDIC contracts for onshore and offshore purposes.

Henrik further advises on corporate law, contract law, as well as general business and commercial law within a wide range of business areas.

As part of his practice, Henrik assists clients in contract and settlement negotiations, matters before public authorities, boards and tribunals as well as litigation and arbitration.

Henrik has a commercial approach to meeting the clients’ needs; an approach that is enhanced by his supplementary bachelor’s degree in economics and commercial law from Aarhus School of Business.
