Henrik has extensive court experience including appearing before the Danish Supreme Court. Henrik has among others conducted court cases concerning infringement of the copyright to software or other types of IRP infringements.

Since 2000, Henrik has advised entrepreneurs and start-up companies, including with regard to establishing companies and entering into ownership agreements and investments.

Henrik has assisted many companies with investments and with mergers and acquisitions.

Henrik's counseling for entrepreneurs begins and ends with the special circumstances in which many entrepreneurs work, where priority must be given to achieving their goals rather than formal compliance.
