
Lisbet Andersen specialises in intellectual property law and marketing law - particularly branding and all aspects of trademark law, including investigations, registration, monitoring, licensing and infringement matters. She also advises in the fields of domain names and plant breeders rights.
Lisbet has many years of experience in dispute resolution, both as regards negotiating and litigating injunction cases and regular court cases. Furthermore, she advises on domain names and dispute resolution regarding domain names before Danish and international complaints boards.
SPEAKING AND TEACHING
Lisbet has experience from examining at the Danish bar exam. She speaks regularly at CBS - Copenhagen Business School, and is in demand as a lecturer in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks and domain names as well as dispute resolution and marketing.
INTERNATIONAL OUTLOOK
With a graduate diploma from Copenhagen Business School and experience from international companies Lisbet takes a great interest in business life also outside the legal field. She focuses on communication and strives to render tailored solutions adapted to the situation at hand for the relevant business. Lisbet has a large international network of lawyers who can provide local assistance when needed.
