Thomas has extensive experience and expertise in all types of transactions of commercial real estate, including sales, purchases, rental, development and finance matters. Furthermore, he has extensive experience advising on commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, and he has extensive experience with all types of
legal matters concerning shopping centers.

Additionally, Thomas has participated in a significant number of mergers and acquisitions, including the transfer of real estate companies, retail chains, industrial companies in recent years.

Last but not least Thomas has experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He has headed a number of market rent cases and solved several disputes related to the vacating of real property.
