CLIENTS

Torben's clients include business owners, companies, property owners and investors. Torben's real estate clients include some of the major social housing management companies in Denmark. Torben also regularly serves public authorities, including municipalities, and thereby knows about political processes. Moreover, Torben has extensive experience in assisting foreign clients with subsidiaries, real estate investments or other current or potential interests in Denmark.

COMPETENCIES

Torben's competencies basically consist of a sharp legal mind, an extensive commercial insight and anability to formulate himself clearly and understandably, also when the issuesare complicated, or the fronts are pulled up hard. This is combined with

•       specialist knowledge within the above areas of work

•       more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, including working with diverse case types and all types of clients

•       extensive industry knowledge, particularly including the real estate, IT-, tourism-, and transport sector
