Aumento Law Firm has assisted Corestate Capital Group in its acquisition of a project for hotel apartments in Enghave Brygge South, central Copenhagen – the first investment made by Corestate in Scandinavia. The work performed by Aumento comprises legal due diligence of the project and all contractual works.

The project is acquired via a forward purchase agreement from Gribskov Group/NPV, who will act as delegated developer for Corestate during the construction phase. The project is located at Landvindingsgade close to the future metro station. The building – once completed – will comprise 248 apartments, a gym, a restaurant, a gastro-to-go-concept and a co-working area across a gross floor area above ground of 12,200 sqm. The building will be operated by Corestate´s serviced apartment brand JOYN and will be part of its micro living platform with an excess of 30,000 student housing and serviced apartment beds across Europe.
